There are both club and open matches ran throughout the year with most of these being held at Croft (20) whilst there is 2 at Sockburn, 2 at Gilling and 1 on the Lower Tees. Waters are closed on these dates for the duration of the competition.
COMPETITIONS HELD ON THE LOWER TEES WATER. There are over 100 pegs available and it is rare for more than 40 of these to be in use for any particular competition, usually peg numbers required for competition are displayed on notice. Pegs not required for competition are still available for pleasure fishing.
